Summary

Angels are beings of pure order with no sense of individuality. Being created by the goddess of order they each fill a specific task assigned to them by the order. The order is a group of angels ordained by the goddess of order to commune with her and receive the order of their subjects. Though they are exceptional at performing a set task quickly and efficiently they are slow to adapt to chaos created by outside factors. Since the creation of Remera the order has created an army of angels to purge any and all beings who fall outside of the order ordained by Obey.

Appearance

Angels appear as well built humanoids of blonde or brown hair, commonly 170-190cm tall with green eyes and spectral bird wings coming from their hips. Often being well kept with nothing falling out of order. Commonly seen wearing robes branded with the symbol of the Obey church

Background

Angels are a race originating from the Heavens, They lost their ability to absorb mana due to their core being the first to die out. To survive the angels had to resort to a strict set of laws rationing out their food and congregating at set times performing specific rituals to enhance their chi reserves to slow their body's decay. Those who did not conform to the order aged rapidly and died out leaving only the most zealous angels remaining when they were brought to Remara. Due to demons being more chaotic a rift formed between these races leading to the founding of the religious state on a far western continent.

Relationships

Due to their zealotry they have few connections with other races and remain mostly consolidated in their city state on a continent across the sea. Few make the trip and those who do rarely come back unscathed due to the strict adherence to the rules they must follow. During the few communications other countries have made with them they have garnered a reputation of racism far beyond what is common in other countries in spite of their technically open borders.
